HI.. HI !!! Training at the track! Wednesday at 6 AM on March 30,2016:

½ and Full Marathon : ( 10.000m) 2 X 200m @ I pace with 100m easy recovery
2 X 400m @ I pace with 200m easy recovery
4 X 600m @ T pace with 200m easy recovery
4 X 800m @ T pace with 400m easy recovery
3 X 100m fast and return relax.

5K and 10K :
6 X 200m @ I pace with 100m easy recovery
6 X 400m @ I pace with 200m easy recovery
2 X 600m @ T pace with 200m easy recovery
2 X 800m @ T pace with 400m easy recovery
3 X 100m fast and return relax.
