Tuesday Track 3/22 Cardinal Gibbons 6 to 8

It is SPRING and we have natural light. This week we meet on TUESDAY evening.
Remember the GOAL of the track – GET FASTER and REDUCE YOUR RECOVERY TIME
Start with 400’s; when you get to 12 × 400 and have learned how to do negative splits, you drop 2 400’s and add 1 × 800. Continue until you can do 12×800 and can show IMPROVEMENT. Then you graduate to mile repeats.
If you are strictly a short racer (5K-10K) just start back at 400"s.
